Ingredients: 1 package of meaty chicken backs and chests & water!
Put meaty chicken backs and chests into a pressure cooker, slow cookers or in a pot on the stovetop and add water to the top of the backs and chests.
To remove the meat from the bones:
After cook time, take out and pick the meat off the bones. (Careful, it'll be hot!). Do not dump the liquid! This is apart of the broth making process. After picking the meat off, put all the bones and skin back in your pot and set to cook again. (You can add onions, celery, carrots and other ingredients if you want it to have more robust taste).
To make broth from the bones:
Pressure cookers - 2-4 hours on high pressure
Slow cookers - 6-8 hours on high
Stovetop - Get to a boil, and then simmer for 2-4 hours
When it's finished cooking dump the broth through a strainer to remove all the bones and you will be left with an amazing, rich chicken broth!
