We are now carrying pasture-raised bacon.
However, please take note of the ingredients in the cure for those of you who have allergies.
We are not satisfied with the cure at the moment, but this is the first time we have ever been able to offer bacon. We are working closely with our meat processor to come up with a new cure for our product, so hopefully the next time we process pork we will have a better cure that does not contain so many potentially allergenic ingredients.
For those of you who do not have allergies, we recommend eating all cured products in moderation. We only eat bacon 1-2 times a week and does not cause adverse reactions. Once again, we are working on a better cure going forward, but if you are craving some pasture-raised, delicious bacon. We now have it.
