Make nutrient dense bone broth with these great bones. They are a mixture of marrow and knuckle bones. Why do we put together a mixture? Well, marrow bones have good marrow, but no gelatin, whereas the knuckle bones have lots of good gelatin, which is one of the best reasons to make bone broth. We also throw in one package of been tendon, which has LOTS of gelatin in them!
