A few simple things to know so your pickup goes smoothly.
Order Totals Are Estimated
With most items priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed. If your order total rises above $20 from the original estimate, we will reach out to confirm permission.
Payment Is Required Before Pickup
We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. When you place your first order you will be prompted to add a card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed. If payment issues are not resolved by your pickup date, your order will be cancelled.
Early / Late Pickups
If you are not able to pick up during our normal pickup times but would still like to order, a $5 early/late pickup fee will be added to your order. We try to accommodate as much as possible, but it does cost us time and money to serve those who cannot make the scheduled times.
Cancellations & Missed Pickups
All orders require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled pickup time. If you miss your pickup without that notice, a $10 restocking fee will be charged to your card on file. (Routine occurrences will result in refusal of service.) Please mark your calendar for your pickup date and time. To be fair to other customers, we cannot wait on latecomers.
Short-Stock Items
Please understand that Cunningham Pastured Meats is a small farm, not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, your final total along with any applicable fees will be reduced.
