Pickup At Cliff's Country Market
All of our frozen product is stored at Cliff's Country Market on 217 Blaine St in Caldwell. We have pickups available Tuesdays and Thursdays where you can pick up your order. Simply have your location set to "Cliff's Pickup". Place your order and pick it up on our pickup days. Saves on shipping and packaging and your product stays nice and frozen! Did you know that we now offer FREE* Treasure Valley home delivery on orders over $175? just change your pickup location to "Home Delivery" (red bar above).
Ordering Policies
Order totals are estimated
Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
Payment is required before delivery
We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. At the time of placing your first order you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
Early/Late Pickups
If you are not able to pickup during our normal pickup times, but would still like to order a $5 early/late pickup fee will be added to your order. We try to accommodate as much as possible, but it does cost us time/money to accommodate those who cannot make the scheduled times.
Cancelations & missed pickups
ALL orders require a 48 hour cancelation notice prior to your scheduled pickup time. If you miss your pickup without providing a 48 hour cancelation notice a $10 restocking fee will be charged to your credit card on file. (Routine occurrences will result in cancelation of service.)
Be sure to mark your calendars for your order pickup date and precise scheduled pickup time! To be fair to other customers we cannot wait on latecomers.
Short stock items
Please understand that Cunningham Pastured Meats is a small farm not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be reduced.
