This wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon was hand-picked by Idaho locals, Keith & Mandy Wilson, in the Bristol Bay commercial harvest season. Each fish is sustainably caught and treated with care. The sockeye is then iced, processed by hand, and flash-frozen before making their journey to Idaho. Sockeye is the species with the highest levels of the antioxidant, astaxanthin, which gives it its red hue.
