Mary's Free Range Organic

Mary's has been raising free-range, organic chicken in California since 1954, and the Pitman family still runs it three generations on. Their birds are raised free-range with no antibiotics, then air-chilled the old European way instead of soaked in a chlorine bath, which keeps the natural flavor and texture in the meat.
